Self Report Credits Child Form

Overview

Use the self report credits child form to keep track of the credits this certificant has self reported. CEU credit can come from Event Sessions, Certification Programs, Courses, Exams, and Merchandise.

Note: You can also add a self report credit by clicking the Add icon on the self report credit child form.

Child Form Icons

You might see some of the following icons on the self report credits child form:

		expand/close icon to expand or close a child form.
		goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
		add icon to add a new record to the child form.
		edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
		delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
		grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
		new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
		more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
		linked headings to sort the records.
		refresh the data in the form.
		export the data to a quick report for download.

Self Report Credits Child Form

Use the Self Report Credit child form to track each time an Individual self reports CEU credit. If you allow Individuals to self report CEU credits, you can track those credits through the Self Report Credit Group Item in the CEU module. When you do so, they appear on this child form as well. You may also add them here by clicking the Add button. You may fill in the details exactly as you would in the Self Report Credit module. Column	Description
Full Name	Displays the full name of the certificant.
Credit Type	Displays the type of credit. This doesn't have to be CEU.
Program	Displays the related Certification Program.
Course	Displays the name of the course the certificant took to earn the self reported credits,
Verified	Displays Yes or No.
Credits	Displays the number of Credits achieved at the completion of the program.

You can add self-reported credits for an individual in the following places in NetForum:

• Modules>Certification > Certificant > Find, Query, or Add Certificant > Individual Certificants Profile > Credits Tab > self report credits child form
• Modules > CEU > Self Report Credit > Add Self Report Credit
• Modules > CRM > Individuals > Find, List, Query, Add Individual > Individual Profile > CEU Credits Tab > self report credits child form > Add button

Wherever you add these self-reported credits, they appear on the self report credits child form.
